Doll Storage

  • If stored for a long time, perform a full-body maintenance every half month.

  • For general care, lightly dust the doll's surface with baby powder. If there is dirt on the surface, clean it with a mild cleaning solution mixed with water. Avoid scrubbing forcefully to prevent damage or discoloration. You may use soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, or mild stain removers. After the surface is dry, apply baby powder or talcum powder. Wear a mask while applying powder to avoid inhaling dust.

  • Try to keep the doll away from moisture. If the doll has to be exposed to water for shooting purposes, make sure to dry it completely before storing it to avoid rust. When putting the doll in a bag or box, cover it with a face mask to prevent its makeup from getting damaged by friction with the container.

About Odor

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is molded at high temperatures, which can produce some odor. The 4055 pure imported TPE powder used in our products, combined with 15# white oil, has a higher standard than other manufacturers who mostly use domestic materials. Although our TPE is less odorous and is coated with the same full-body film process as silicone dolls, a slight glue-like fragrance may still be noticeable. This is normal. The odor will dissipate quickly within three days after unpacking if you wash the doll and ventilate the room.

About Cleaning

  • After cleaning, cover the doll with a towel and gently pat it dry. Avoid rubbing forcefully to prevent surface scratches. Use paper towels to absorb moisture from internal passages. Once the doll is completely dry, apply baby powder to maintain the best touch.

  • Use body wash to clean the doll, with water temperature not being critical. Clean as you would for human skin.

  • For persistent stains that are not caused by dye, use makeup remover oil and a paper towel to gently wipe the area to restore its cleanliness.

  • Avoid using corrosive cleaners, including strong acids, strong bases, powerful disinfectants, or stain removers. Any issues caused by such cleaners are not covered under warranty.

About Maintenance

  • Long-term poses in difficult yoga positions can cause wrinkles on the surface due to prolonged pressure. After displaying or using, try to return each joint to a neutral position, such as lying down or a low-stress pose.

  • After use, quickly return the doll to its original pose to avoid prolonged bending or stress which can cause deformation or cracking.

  • Regular maintenance is important to keep the doll's surface smooth and soft. Simply apply baby powder evenly over the doll.

About Handling

Ensure your hands are clean before touching the doll. When dressing the doll, avoid touching its makeup to prevent damage. If stains are found, do not rub them with your hands. Keep the doll away from high temperatures and prolonged exposure to sunlight. Handle the doll gently to avoid damage from strong impacts or drops. Avoid sharp objects to prevent surface scratches and damage.

About Dressing Recommendations

  • Apply baby powder before dressing the doll.

  • It is easier and safer to remove the head before dressing to avoid damaging the makeup and hair.

  • Avoid clothes with sharp edges or dark colors (such as black or red) that may cause dye transfer. If using dark-colored clothes, consider putting on a white inner layer first to prevent staining (TPE materials are prone to staining).

  • If using earrings or other accessories, use fine wire or needles to make small holes, but do not cut with knives or sharp objects. Avoid pulling on accessories after they are worn.

  • Avoid tight, non-elastic clothing. Choose clothes with elasticity first, and size second.

  • Consider using the doll’s specific clothing (such as lingerie) or consult customer service.

  • Avoid dark clothes close to the doll’s body to prevent staining. Silicone materials generally stain less than TPE, but it can still happen. Use edible oil for light staining or color-removing creams for severe cases.

  • When buying close-fitting clothes (like socks, underwear, etc.), choose lighter colors.

  • To prevent color transfer, avoid dark clothes that might dye the doll.
